Sick Baby Girl

One week back at daycare, just one...Kenzie is snotty and green, and isn't eating.  Which means she's not feeling well at all.  When she gets colds, they quickly navigate to her left eye and it gets all goopy and green.  Luckily our pediatrician has walk-in appointments every morning from 8-9.  Kenzie talked non-stop from when she woke up until the moment Dr. I came in the room.  She was quiet, but thankfully let the doctor listen to her chest, look in her ears/nose/mouth and press on her lymph nodes.

She has a sinus infection, one ear infection and conjunctivitis.  Wow.  Antibiotics and eye drops and we were out of the doctors office with a $15 copay and 80 cents (antibiotic, free eye drops.)  I stayed home with Kenzie all day.  She fell asleep right  before lunch, and slept for a little over 2 hours.  She was really great.  In a good mood, not fussy much at all.  And she snuggled with me all weekend.
